My Role
“Beavos was born in the town of London, ON, Canada.
It was created by Sarvie and Frank, two children of immigrant parents who met at Ivey Business School. One day, when brainstorming ideas for a school project, their classmate started complaining about the annoying process of finding well-fitting shoes for her 3-year-old daughter.
’My girl has chubby feet, and she grows so fast, I have to buy shoes every 3 months!’
This is when a lightbulb went off for Sarvie and Frank. They quickly began drafting up ideas for a shoe brand that would provide wide-fit, adjustable shoes that are actually designed for kids' growing feet. Unlike most other kids' shoes out there that are just shrunken adult shoes, Beavos became a mission to design around a child's foot and needs.

As the Social Media and Marketing Manager,
I am creating Threads, Tweets, Facebook posts, Instagram posts/stories, etc. to promote this new kid’s shoe line. Using expertise with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google software and social media trends/analytics, I am able to provide an all marketing insight on the team. My role’s importance is in improving presence as a reliable footwear brand and leaving room for expansion in market.
